I have been a patient of Dr. Yips for many years, prior to his office at 3151. Dr. Yip and his staff are absolutely wonderful, from the smiles and courtesy from the front desk to the examination rooms. Dr. Yip will have a conversation with you, answer questions, explain issues thoroughly and is personable. Dr. Yips Optician, Sury is wonderful as well. Personable, takes her time, knowledgeable of the selections and was a big help with selecting a "style" for my face. Their selection and pricing is comparable with other Dr. Yips office and staff get 5 stars from a very satisfied customer of many years. Thank you Dr. Yip and Staff!

Dr. Yip and his team helped me see again. For years i always had issues with my eye prescription not being exactly right causing headaches and eye issues. Dr. Yip is the best at what he does. I can see clearly now and have not had a head ache in weeks. His team helped me pick out a great pair of glasses that for the first time in years. Glasses that I wore for an entire evening out. With having high power lenses it made wearing glasses such a pain. My new glasses are light weight and there is very little curvature towards the outside making them comfortable to wear. Great team working here. Will be referring people to them.

I am proud to say that Ive been a patient of Doctor Yip for 16 years(I believe he was just starting out at the Targets Optical in the Waterford Towne Center)! Doctor Yip is very prompt, pleasant and professional! He throughly explains your eye examination to during your appointment and he allows you to ask questions as well! When Doctor Yip left Target I followed him to his private practice because of his excellent service! I would recommend any and everyone to visit his office and staff you will not be disappointed!!!

Sury was very helpful finding glasses for our family. She was patient and informative. She took the time to help us find frames that fit our facial shape. She also explained the different selections of the varilux and crizal lenses and found us a level that met our budget. Dr Yip and his staff are very efficient and kind. Since our last visit in 2015 he has made a change in his staff and I must say it was a change in the right direction. Thank you Dr Yip.

Dr Yip is great, he was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. He was also very patient with my girlfriends complex contact lens prescription. His staff is top notch, Jenna was really friendly when she greeted us and she helped with my order of contacts when I was finished with my exam Rosa and Jessica got me ready to see the doctor and they were very professional Sury was careful to get me the right pair of glasses. Would recommend to my friends!

Dr. Yip is a great doctor. I started seeing him when he worked at the Target location. Target started to change things for the worse so Dr. Yip left and I followed. I chose to keep him as my doctor because of his thoroughness, attention to detail and his overall knowledge in his practice. Dr Yip has been my eye doctor for almost 15 years. He is great, very thorough and caring. He took care of my elderly mother-in-law when she was sick and in early stages of dementia. He could not have been any kinder to her. He saw my youngest daughter and she was very comfortable with him. I would recommend him to anyone. His office staff is very good and friendly.

The best optometrist place Ive been to. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, especially Jenna at front desk. I have a very high degree of astigmatism and have never been able to wear contacts. I went to see Dr Yip and he put me through a series of trial lenses until we found the perfect fit. It took a while but Dr Yip was always patience and kind.
