Walked right in without an apt. We met with Jesse. She is fantastic. Connected with my daughter right away-which is who needed new lenses. Awesome and wide kids selection. We got new insurance which I was unfamiliar with and Jesse helped explain our plan and what it offers and allowed me to stay around My budget NOT giving my daughter the most expensive pair. She is very knowledgeable about each pair of glasses. We concluded that my daughters nose frame doesnt allow the glasses with no pads wont work for her. Overall warm and very clean! Thanks to the waitresses at Sweet Mamas for recommending them! I will definitely refer friends and family to go here.

Best service you will ever find in eye care. I had the pleasure of using this eye care center for many years. Unfortunately after my insurance dropped them from their list of providers, I was forced to go else where. I have still yet to find a business that is as professional and caring as lake Nona eye Care is. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The doctor here is very kind and listens to her patients needs. I would highly highly recommend this establishment to any one who cares about their vision. (no that wasnt a typo, I would highly highly recommend them)

Dr. Ward was attentive and when I asked questions about my eyes she was informative and knowledgeable. Nice employees. My experience was okay, did the eye exam twice. The prescription that was giving to me is still bothering me. I cant see from far. I try getting a refund but they dont give refunds. I am not mad just a little disappointed. Maybe your experience will be better.

Dr. Sandoval is the best. I recently moved to Orlando and had to find a doctor that treats keratoconus. My condition requires diligence, patience and some creativity in finding a solution to my vision needs. Dr. Sandoval exceeded my experectations.
