Thieves! I brought in items that were in a stack and upon me realizing other items were in the stack i wasnt paid for, even small items they refused to retrieve the parts and pretended they werent there. They asked if they could keep my items in some of my office organizers and give the organizers back later. Kyle is scum and will tell you brand new items have to be sold as used except you come back there and find it for sale for 900 dollars on something they told you can only sell for 300. They cant sell the items they buy in a timely fashion because of the bad customer treatment no one comes back there and it perpetuates a circle of bad negotiating. I would suggest max pawn right around the corner. Tell them you were having bad experiences at tb pawn. They offered to break FL pawn rules and buy stuff under the table which they would be fined for as well as never checking id which is scary as they have an ffl gun liscence which should be revoked for all the back door stuff and shady dealings. The workers are greedy which is clearly encouraged by the owner who never comes in. Complete frauds be warned. After doing business i found on several occasions the 2 employees would try to quote a price and then pretend to make math errors when adding it together to see if you catch it. They are greedy disloyal and have no sense of customer service as theu are clear to let it be known they are a self oriented business. Even on items they would easily be making 4 times profit on ebay kyle or less frequently morty or mortan would try to beat you down less by saying cliche things like the ebay and paypal fees have gone up. When you catch them ripping you off they laugh about it and find it amusing that they can usually get away with it. Other business owners know about them and upon hearing these stories regularly they arenr surprised in the least bit and refer to them as rednecks. The police sit in an unmarked car all day everyday in a grey charger and the police are their more than any shop ove ever seen interrogating them because they are a plague to the city. If you choose to do business with them go ahead but make sure you arent getting the raw end of the deal and always check what you get offered or can buy elsewhere. Also never pay anywhere close to what they have on the sticker price offer way lower and dont be afraid to walk off without offering more because they will chase u down before you leave as they have trouble maintaining cashflow as well as legal restrictions. When asked for security footage of the staff ripping me off it was deleted rather than supplied. Any business who is more interested in protecting crime rather than clearing it out of the establish is clearly got some shady crony or family problem in addition to the fact both employees openly spoke after knowkng them shortly of smokng and growing pot and the recreational use of hard drugs and comparingly speaking of how they rate pills demonstrating the epidemic drug problem of florida to a T which is scary because they sell and buy weapons of very type. As a gun owner that is exactly the crap we dont need in our community. Druggies plaguing the community dishonestly giving money to people they talk to about doing drugs. Imagine what goes on behind the scenes if this is what happens out in the open.

If I could rate with zero stars I would. I spoke with Morton about a camper I have for sale and if he would be interested in taking a look at it. On 3 different occasions when he said he would call me to come look at it, never called. Its just a bad look on your business when you dont follow through.
