With all of the competition out there in this line of merchandise especially in a mall it can be hard to separate yourself from others, however even though foot locker had a similar selection to there competitors in the mall they failed to great us even though an employee was right there, we looked around real fast but didnt find what we were looking for and didnt bother asking an employee.

Awful customer service. There is never an employee around to help on the floor. Its so fustrating. You always have to wait for someone behind the register to help if they are not ringining up someone else.
