The conditions here are getting worse every week. There is never enough employees. This has caused long lines, unstocked shelves, empty fountain drinks, dirty floors, and broken gas pumps. I waited 20 minutes to check out today! It is the middle of the day and there is 1 person working. There are 3 registers!! I have NEVER seen all three manned at once, but there is ALWAYS a LINE! Lottery, and your troublesome cash registers that require 9 buttons to buy 2 drinks worsen the problem, but being understaffed is WHAT CAUSES IT! The drink area looks like a train hit it! Different color fluids spilt everywhere.... Most cup dispensers out, and many drinks empty, spitting at you if you try them! The Clerks know there are issues, but the line prohibits them from going and tending to it. I go to Circle K Stores everywhere, I am hooked on the polar pop... But.. This is the one by my house, that I buy $100.00 a week in fuel and $50.00 a week in groceries, it frustrates me! Why is it mine that sucks so bad??? The others are all great, it is just this one that sucks so bad! How can a store this busy always be understaffed EVERYDAY??? I have been calling Marty the Regional Manager for Months! It is always the same old thing! We are working on it. We cant get quality employees. We cant get people to stay working there... WELL!!! Maybe that is because they are left alone for hours to deal with pissed off people! There is a real issue at this store. It is systemic, has been going on for a year, and continues to get worse! The Clerks tell me that those that apply never get called back and that they all want more hours and Circle K wont give them more. MAJOR ISSUES HERE! I have been unable to get anyone to do anything about this mess. I will continue writing and taking pictures, and posting to blogs until there is a resolution! I love Circle K, but my patients has all but run out! I have complained and waited for 1 year before posting this negative comment. I believe we should only post negativity after we have tried in good faith to resolve the issue. i have tried in earnest for 1 year. They know whats wrong and they refuse to fix it! >> BOTTOM LINE! I will update this review when conditions at the store improve.

I have been going to that store for sometime why is it the Managers can not get off their asses to help out on the register?? I was in a line of 7 people the Manger came out of her off office walked around not once but twice as I was standing in line and did not once come out to help and lets not forget the cashier had his cell phone on the register texting..I stop by the store today to put air in my tires NO OUT OF ORDER sign on the air pump and when I went in I got ATTITUDE from the manage "Well there is no power out there to it" What you can not carry your ass out there to put an OUT OF ORDER sign on it..I was a Manager for Mobil for 15yrs she is a very SORRY excuse for a manage.

I have never gone inside. Always just buy gas from pump. Appreciate ability to use fuel perks at pump.
