DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!! If I could score a 0 I would! My fiancé and I went here 6 months ago to get a custom wedding band made for myself. I still do not have a product 6 months later. The owner does not communicate with you. We have to constantly call to get updates on our product. The owner has an excuse every day as to why things are not getting done in a timely manner. He forgets who you are, and you have to constantly remind him. Yesterday, after calling him, to find out if our ring is done.... it wasnt done of course, but rushed to get it done that afternoon. And the final product was the UGLIEST ring that I have ever seen. It looked like something a child would get out of a quarter machine. It looked NOTHING like the sketch that I gave him 6 MONTHS ago. So now we are asking for our deposit back, and the owner is refusing to give us our money back. He was screaming at my fiancé when we asked for our deposit back. Everyone BEWARE!!!

The staff and owners here are probably some of the hardest-working folks youll find in retail. Establishments such as this last so long because of customer loyalty built up over years and years. Recommended for jewelry service and repair with a personal touch, but be patient.

Had a diamond replaced in my ring and some other work done. They did a great job and had the ring finished when promised.
