Absolutely terrible customer service this last visit! Cant believe it! If you have a complaint, the "manager" by name Juan Padilla will not only not care, but also will kick you out of the store and threaten to call the police! I havent been to the store in about 8 months and apparently never been there during the touristic season. I was standing by the deli counter for over 10 minutes to get a single crab cake, only to find out that the sequence of service takes place by server calling the numbers that customers are expected to take when approaching the counter. I did not even notice any numbers to be taken. They did not have this system 8 months ago, when I was there the previous time, and obviously the server never let me know about it, even though I was standing in front of his nose for good 7 minutes. Finally I asked a lady next to me about it, and she explained and suggested to get my crab cake for me, which I agreed. She also said that "Publix" has the same system, which I never saw, and Ive been shopping at various "Publix" stores for over 2 years. Anyways, I felt annoyed and disregarded by the deli servers lack of care and approached a person who turned out to be a manager about this matter. I have to admit that I sounded somewhat loud and upset, but only because I havent seen this kind of customer treatment since I left my native Ukraine 10 years ago. The manager immediately got defensive and said that "Everybody knows about it", meaning the system with numbers. What kind of answer is that? I asked him to show where at the deli it is written for deli customers to take the number to be served. Obviously, its not written anywhere, and I requested a complaint form. Instead of a complaint form he gave me a note for suggestions and repeatedly kept telling me to not shout. I was not shouting on purpose, but I was speaking louder than usual because I hadnt been treated so badly by a business where I was ready to check out with their goods for a long time. I said that I needed to speak to Juan Padillas boss, and he said its Larry Land, but he never called him. Instead, he called a security and threatened to call the police unless I get out immediately. How ridiculous the customer service has to be at this store to kick out and threaten a customer whos about to check out? I am speechless. These guys dont care about you or your time, they just want your money for their frequently not-so-fresh and always overpriced products. "Publix" never gave me any problems like that, and their deli is not bad either at larger stores. Think twice before going to "Wynns market". Lets boycott it and make it go out of business. You think you are such a smart aleck, Juan Padilla? Well see..

My friend and I went in to buy SIX lunches, all in cash but one. She had a $20 gift card for one of them (a $9 lunch). she had the checkout well organized, with money for each purchase separated. But there was so much confusion about the gift card... and in the end, after being moved from the check out line to the Customer services line, where she was IGNORED by the assistant manager, who was hugging a coworker and chatting in some other language with said co-worker, neither of which never even acknowledged her, my friend threw up her hands and walked out. This was more than 8 minutes in line, and WE HAD SIX PEOPLE WAITING TO EAT. I tried to go back in and make a scene, but she wouldnt let me. So, apparently Wynns wanted to keep her $10 balance on her gift card. They really disappointed all of us on this one. Customer Service FAIL.

The best part is probably the STORE’S DELI WHICH TAKES OVER THE WHOLE BACK AREA: lots of pastries, Seafood, Meats, and entrees. Unfortunately there’s NO PLACE TO SIT AND EAT YOUR FOOD in or around Wynn’s. My family’s favorite area is the pastry section for slices of their decadent Chocolate Cake (very rich) or Coconut Macaroons. The market itself is more straightforward however the WINE CORNER AND PRODUCE CORNER is stuffed with surprising variety. Other than that, you can probably find the same items hidden at regular grocery stores but this place collects all those HIGHER QUALITY ITEMS and makes it easier to find here. All the basics needed to cook meals or hosts a dinner party can be found here. Small, scattered areas for LOCAL PRODUCTS (like Florida Beer or Coffee) or GLUTEN-FREE items can also be found.

Wonderful local specialty market. Soup to nuts. Serves primarily the wealthy of Port Royal and old Naples. Youll pay a premium for everything but its worth it for the occassional visit (unless money is not an issue). The bakery is quite good as are their prepared foods. Heres my love for the place..the Wynn family are longtime residents of the community.. As long as Ive gone there (since 97) theyve employed developmentally handicapped individuals, often as baggers. There juxtaposition between the ultra wealthy and disabled sometimes slowly providing their service is beautiful. Many a times Ive choked back tears while waiting in line thats been downshifted to their time. Thank you.

A Naples tradition and one of the first of their kind of hometown, family, high end market. The selection of groceries, meats, wines is terrific and staff is warm and friendly. Plenty of parking and a convenient location to Olde Naples and surrounding neighborhoods. Try the food, sandwiches and cold beer selection of micro brews. A nice change and alternative to the big box and chain stores found every where. I recommend Wynns Market to all of my real estate clients that move here.

Wynns market has always been a favorite of mine - from way back when they were still on 5th Avenue South. Why? Here are just three of MANY reasons: 1. An actual Itamae - the real deal - creating to-go sushi. 2. Jamón de bellota ($128 per lb) always appears to be in stock. 3. Chopped liver always seems to be in stock (made in-house). There is nothing gastro-wise that you could want which isnt available here. At least thats been my experience.

Deli and bakery items were fresh and delicious. The staff seem to be cordial not really friendly. The regular customers are very friendly and helpful. When I told them it was my first time at the store they made recommendations and helpful comments on different items. Although its out of the way for me, Id love to try some more of the deli recommendations the other customers shared with me. What I bought was great.

My father has been shopping at Wynns Market for over 20 years. When we go the people are very nice, take time to talk us and help us find what we need. I also like their hot corned beef sandwich. I would recommend this store if you want good service and nice people.
