The Hispanic guy was very rude and unprofessional. I asked to see the silver coins and he answered " are interested or just looking because I have to get them out of the back." What kind of costumer service is that? I walked out with my money in my pocket and went to Tropical pawn in Golden gate.

This is NOT your typical pawn shop. My elderly parents went there to sell their jewelry. They were totally profesionnal and my parents felt totally at ease. Family Pawn is a good name, as they really treated my parents like family.

Not sure who I spoke with but our conversation lasted about 30 seconds before I walked out. Ive never seen someone act so rude to a potential customer and with a smug smile on their face no less.
