I came to this Walgreens location this morning to purchase some new nail polish (I do nail art) and hair care products. I always place a dot of polish on my bare nails before I choose colors to make sure I dont have to return it five minutes later if its awful, however, this morning, a woman that identified herself as the store manager, Trina Rahma, could be overheard at the front of the store (I was in the back) talking loudly to other employees in front of other customers stating "What is she doing??" and "She cant do that! Shes trying on every nail polish in the store!" (For the record, I tried on 11 polishes and of those had three in hand - approximately 22 dollars worth - for purchase). I finally had to walk to the front of the store to confront her about her about speaking about me, a customer, like that in front of other customers and store employees, and asked for a manger. She stated she was the manger and when I asked for a business card and her name, she had another employee write a first name (aforementioned) and the 1-800-walgreens number. I have my entire familys Rx there and always prefer to shop at Walgreens for nail polish, hair care products, school supplies, and whatever other convenience store items I need, but will not continue to give my support as a customer to an establishment that hires managers, or employees for that manner, who treat their CUSTOMERS in this manner. So sad, but the good news is... There is a CVS ACROSS THE STREET (On the Southwest corner of Rock Island and Atlantic) and Im sure that they are fine with providing me the $50 in products that I purchased today on polish, and will gladly assist me with my Rx, drinks, photos, school supplies, hair care products, gift cards, greeting cards, and whatever else... Rant over...

I have many issues with my health, chronic pain, being one of them. I was in a car accident, have been through 22 surgeries, am now disabled, have permanent nerve damage, neck surgeries, spinal cord stimulator and could go on and on! I get pain medicine every month to somewhat control my pain and Walgreens wants you to have all your prescriptions filled there BUT NEVER have the medicine to control my pain. IF you know someone is on the same medicine every single month, you would think the pharmacy would have that medication available to you every month! NOT Walgreens! They wouldnt even order it for me, so every so often I go without pain meds for a week or 10 days and they dont care, nor do anything to get the medicine in! Hate doing business with them!

Had me sitting in drive thru pharmacy for 5 minutes while helping another customer and didnt bother to acknowledge me. Proceeded to fill the other customers prescription when I was just simply picking up a prescription that was ready. Is multitasking difficult? Very disappointed, you guys have definitely and slacking. Im going to fill at CVS instead!

The worst pharmacy i ever been in... plus they stop taking sunshine health insurance plans. And you think they would have told us in a nice way but NO they just yelled at us because we ask why they dont take our insurance

This place is good. It has everything, even a 24 hour Pharamacy. They are super nice and the store is clean. The Pharamacy drive through is a tight fit for your car though.
