Extremely nice help who consistently have any product you want or will order for your recurring purchases of a brand that might not be in the store. Always upbeat and helpful. Their customers are treated like family including my little maltese, Harley, who always gets his treats when we go in. They are knowledgable on all their products and are willing to teach you any new means of using tobacco products. Always a pleasuer going in their store. Highly recommend.

The woman that was in there today was EXTREMELY rude. Ive been in here before and never had an issue but this morning I went in and asked for Menthol oil, she said, "I dont carry menthol. Order it online" and WALKED OFF. Ummmmmm, you USED to carry menthol & even the other couple in the store looked at her like she had grown another head. I will NEVER return to this store.
