I dont even know where to begin. I bought a vape from Lotus Smoke Shop in Naples about two months ago. Shortly afterwards my vape had an issue and stopped working. Vanessa, the naples store manager, is amazing. She went out of her way to help me and make sure I was satisfied. The only problem is the owner. I was in and out of the store back and forth between another vape store trying to find out exactly what was wrong. The owner never tried to contact me until after a month of these shenanigans. Even then he didnt call me in a timely manor, didnt return my phone calls, and I had to call multiple times before we spoke. He offered me a 50% discount on a new vape when he was the one selling the wrong battery for the mod. He was extremely rude and actually made me cry on the phone. His audacity was outstanding and I find it hard to believe someone like him can run two smoke shops. Shortly after the phone call another man from the store called me and was very polite and curtious. He asked about the situation and let me finish my sentences ( unlike Sunny who interrupted me multiple times). He then apologized for the inconvenience and told me I could get a new vape for free. Overall, I like the shop. It has nice pieces and Vanessa is an amazing manager. Just be sure you know what youre buying and you want it, because trust me you do not want to deal with the owner.

Terrible. You may walk in and be impressed with the way everything looks but it should all come with a giant BEWARE IM FAKE sign. Fake ROOR peices... look for the Roor insignia, not there. A friend went and spent $250 on a Pax and it was a Chinese FAKE! The owner sketchily returned all the money under the request that we just walk after the return when we knew it was a fake. If you shop here because it gives you the best price you should just know why they can go lower than others... ITS ALL FAKE

My experience was very positive. I met the owners who were incredibly friendly and helpful. I needed to find CBD and was happy to find many options. I also purchased a new vape canister and Unicorn Milk flavor. The store was very nice inside. I think some things were priced a bit more than I was expecting. My CBD was about of $70 but came in very high doses which was great.

Wow ! (LOTUS SMOKE SHOP) This store is Amazing ... i cant imagine that much inventory and knowledgeable Staff ... they have everything with best prices. i am always so excited to go there and i suggest everyone goes there too , best prices in town & they are opening a new store in Naples , Owner (Sunny) is such a nice guy , Nice and clean store with a lot of merchandise .

OMG ! OMG i have never seen that much beautiful, organized and full with inventory smoke shop ! Lotus smoke shop is a heaven for those people who love smoke , everything related to smoke is available here, pipes, vaporizer,hookah,rolling paper, e-cigs and many more and very reasonable prices ! Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful ! In simple I love it .

My boyfriend and I went in to inquire about CBD oil, I saw they had dry herb vaporizer pens and I asked which was the cheapest. Instead of just telling me, he asked what my price range was, answered my questions, and even suggested the perfect and easiest pen to me! It works great. Friendly and enthusiastic salesman. Definitely going to recommend to others :)

Worst smoke shop in South Florida. Very thin glass used on all pieces and price does not suggest that, even the over $200 range resembles Chinese factory blown glass. Have had 1 of my own pieces that I spent of $180 on brake, 2 of my friends pieces broke as well all short lived.

Awesome! I usually order my e-hookah pens online as they are cheap and durable but this store has everything you will ever need if you are in the market of e hookahs/cigs, etc. I just spent $50 on 5 different flavors so far I am satisfied. Definitely coming back again!
