I called this florist at 2 pm in a panic because another florist was not able to deliver flowers to my grandmother for her birthday. Carrie was super helpful and sweet, and they got the flowers to my grandmother same day last minute. The flowers are beautiful and my grandmother is super happy.

My experience with Village Florist was a delight! The sales people especially Carrie were friendly and very informative on helping me purchase from the large selection of flowers. I highly command this flower shop over any others in our area. Call or ask for Carrie shes the best!

Wish I would have done more research. Ordered the "Telefloras Morning Melody" in the standard size. Little did I know, on the Teleflora site it is $28 CHEAPER for the same thing. Additionally, vase and ribbon colors were not correct. Very disappointed.

Unprofessional and very inconsiderate. Could not complete a Mothers Day order that was placed four days prior and didnt seem to care that they forgot about the order. They definitely didnt forget to run my credit card.

Poor quality of choices. Roses I purchased were browning and the florist was going to "perk" them up. I couldve done a better arrangement. Pinks were all on one side...Whites, etc. The same. Wont go there again.

Doesnt deliver to a community 14 miles away --- even when charging a $10 delivery fee. Must be good to be in "The Villages."
