Daniel, the owner, went above and beyond to help me and my company meet our deadlines. We were in town for a conference and had to print many spiral bound booklets (total of 208 booklets, all at least 100 pages per booklet) plus many many many more printouts and loose papers. Daniel and his team at Minuteman Press printed ALL of them, AND he delivered them, sometimes at 2AM at my hotel because we could not get the files to him until midnight. He was accommodating, and his business had a lot of integrity. He always delivered what he promised. I, and my team are very grateful for him and his business.

Complete and utter unprofessionalism. They ruined the binding of a year long project after specifically telling them and giving it to them in order. Charged double the price for half the service of nearby competitors. Turned my project into me with pages upside down all mixed. Then told me to fix it myself. No refund given. Horrible dont come here unless you like rink dinky service. BTW tried to charge me additional for plastic cover page. Ridiculous, disgusting level of incompetence. Refused to give me number to corporate.

The guy made promises he could not keep. Finger prints all over the photo book. He sold me used scrap material. Very unprofessional owner does not take pride in work. Ruined our project over priced. This place will make promises then take your money and give you dirty scratched materials. The worst experience I have ever had. Please if you are thinking of doing any business with this company do yourself a favor save your time and money PLEASE ON A SCALE OF 1 TO 5 STARS HOW ABOUT A - MINUS 10 STARS
