Purchased a Norwalk sectional sofa. VERY disappointed at the level of service we received from the store and our salesperson. We have a warranty issue (within 60 days of purchase) with the sectional and went back to the store for assistance. Salesperson took our name and number and it has been 3 weeks with no follow-up or help. Sectional is still broken - alligator clamp - and it cannot be fixed, needs to be replaced. I tried fixing it and I consider myself handy. Customer Service is LACKING and they seem to only be concerned with the sale. There was no follow-up or communication between purchase and delivery (52 days). Very disappointing experience. Too bad this is the only Norwalk Furniture dealer in the area!
