Actually I love Paneras in Ocala and Spring Hill. The one here in Inverness needs some time to get up to speed. The broth bowls are very nice and with a baguette, very filling. They do not have decaf coffee at the dinner hour, you have to ask and they do fix one. You do have to watch for the fresh pot, no one comes to tell you. Tables are not wiped down often enough for a place not that busy. Two evenings this week our table choice was not cleaned and there was no reason why. I took company there and the manager that was running the register stopped to take a phone call. By the time our company had ordered and joined us, we were half done. The turkey cranberry wrap is not worth the money. Our guest opened the flat bread and the chicken was barely there with a swipe of cranberry.The Tuesday bagels are a wonderful treat at 6.99. The food tastes fresh, the salads are fresh looking, the bread is awesome as are the pastries. You have to sign your receipt if you use debit. For some reason you cant put in your pin number. I will continue to eat there. I like the food, no waiting and pretty quiet compared to other restaurants in town.

Didnt care for flat bread sandwich.The seasoning of that flat bread (the one seasoning over powered)andthats all I could taste, very little meat . Chips were bland.My wife also didnt care for the sandwich and the ceaser salad tasted like the flat bread , or its just our taste buds were off lol, or its an acquired taste. The lemonade was excellent .Very nice customer service,I wish I could remember our counter ladys name, (1st time there was today about 130pm) very impressed, she is very quick,helpful and informative and smiled nicely, she made us feel welcome. We will try the restaurant one more time and order something different. We went to Inverness FL. On Hwy 44

Ive never wrote a review before but after being "burned" with horrible service in the drive thru, I am taking the time to do it. I ordered tonight a Fuji Apple Chicken salad and got home 7 miles away and realized they forgot my dressing. Last time I ordered it, they put an apple instead of bread. One other time, they added unwanted onions. I guess Im going to have to sit by that window and check my order and make another customer in line wait, which I hate to do. You would think at 9.54 for a SALAD that, it would be right. And to top it off, I ALWAYS tip. Well, this girl will back off of the tip until I get good consecutive service. Food is great, lousy service.

Just like every other Panera Bread: the only consistent thing is their inconsistency. Worker behind the counter had a mini freakout when I informed her that I ordered an iced latte and not a hot latte. She seemed to believe it was my fault that the somehow that got lost between me telling the cashier and him entering it into the computer. Definitely was not of my doing because I made a point of repeating it, but regardless of who was at fault, it seemed kind of overboard to get as pissy as she did. I think she might have been the manager based on her different attire, but I didnt care enough to hang around and find out.

I love panera bread, but everytime I go to get something I want they dont have it at the inverness location. Me and my husband went there twice to get bread bowls and a salad they didnt have either one. I feel if they are open until 9 they should have all the food they show on the sign. I work in ocala ad it is so much better than the one in inverness the only thing thats better about inverness is the drive thru. I shouldnt have to call to see if they have what I would like to order. Like I said love the food when they have it available

My office gets lunch from Panera 2-4 times a week from the drive thru. They consistently get orders wrong, forget the bread or give you bread rather than chips. Today when I picked up my order I looked in the bag and asked where my sandwich was, I was told under the salad. When I got to the office-NO SANDWICH. when I called they told me I have to come back and get it-even with delivery service. I will NOT be back again.

My family and I already love Panera Bread so much, but this past week we went in for lunch and had the most pleasant experience from the time we walked into their doors. We were greeted by Isaiah from the register and with a smile and cheerful attitude, he managed to deliver above and beyond service to match our usual expectations of great healthy eats. Were already looking forward to our next great meal there.

Terrible, the pick two has no monetary savings at all . $21.00 for a half a turkey panini and Mac n cheese, I ordered my turkey with lettuce tomato and mayonnaise and received turkey and bread, my daughter had to go inside to have it corrected then it had no mayo still and was so hard it almost broke my tooth. Worst ever panera experience.

Phenomenal people. Food is always great. The staff is very polite, thoughtful, considerate, extremely attentive to detail and great to come back too. If I ever open a bakery this, I will probably start hiring from this store. I do not see often the quality of people I find working at this location. Thanks everyone at Panera!!!

Probably the best Panera in the tri-county area. They have good tea selections. And a nice outdoor sitting area as well as a drive thru. Popular place for students or anyone looking for a quick breakfast or lunch.

The staff here is amazing! Stephen the manager is personable and kind. I eat here about 3-5 times a week and special order everything. They do not miss a beat. This place rocks!!!
