Usually the wait at the register is acceptable here. I needed to return a pair of shoes (wrong size) and I had also noticed that the discount advertised had not been applied and I had been charged 10$ more. I had bought the shoes the day before. I went with my boyfriend right after work, on the way home, before dinner, thinking it was going to be matter of minutes. We waited in line at the costumer service for 20-25 min. The frustrated couple of clients before us were trying to buy some bath towels but all the prices were wrong. When finally it was our turn we payed. We were at the door when checking the receipt we noticed that we had been charged again $10 more. We did the line again. The price on the item was different from the one in the system memory. While we were waiting for the refund and to be charged the right amount we decided to buy some sunflower seeds and some peanuts ( we had passed dinner time long before) the price was 2x $1. While leaving again, after 1:30 hours at Kmart we found out that we had been charged $5 for the roasted sunflower seed! This time the store was almost empty, it took probably 10 min to do, again, the refund and charge the right price... we spent our evening in line at the register. I dont know what happened, hopefully wont happen again, but I am very disappointed.

One 12/6/2014 I went to pay the balance and pick up my layaway that contained the remainder of my Christmas shopping. I started the layaway in 09/2014 to ensure that I would have the toys that my kids and nieces/nephews wanted (long before the Christmas madness began). After waiting for more than an hour as they searched the layaway area, I was notified rather callously by the store manager that my layaway was "gone". He later informed me that "things happen" when items get moved around in their back area. After this he sends me to the front customer service desk for a refund and walks off. There were no apologies or regard to my suffering as I now had to hunt for the items that I had so easily set aside before. There are no Kmart locations in my area (2 went out of business) so I travel more than 15 miles to get to this one. P.S. I was unable to replace most of the toys I originally had due to their unavailability and most likely wont be able to until after the holidays.

What a horrible experience! Spend the extra money and purchase your items from another store. I ordered 2 gifts for my son; 1 for in-store pickup and the other was shipped. I decided to use in-store pickup because I would get the item in 2 days, instead of a week via shipping. Well, 2 days passed and I was sent an email that my item was being shipped to the store and wouldnt be available to pickup for over a week. I called customer service, which was a joke. The gentlemen said that they would look into it, but there was nothing they could do. The other gift that was shipped arrived right on time, but dont let that fool you. My son opened the package expecting to get his present. Instead the box was filled with a little girls baby doll. I was furious and my son was so disappointed. I called customer service again. They apologized and said that they no longer sell the item I had ordered over a week prior. Learn from my heartache and dont buy anything from here!

I like this Kmart because the prices are usually very good compared to others. There can be a wait due to some organization issues by the staff such as no one available to help. Nonetheless the elder aged staff are very kind and have the greatest of intentions. I wont write them off due to the lower prices and friendly attitude. When coming to Kmart just prepare for some wait time. The staff is either senior aged or early high school mindset but they seem to have good intentions.

Google messed this up because fair is included with poor. I waited at locked doors for 10 minutes after opening time. When I called to see if they were open they hung up on me and didnt open the doors for 5 more minutes. When they came to open the doors they started at the opposite end of thr15 people waiting for the store to open. When I finally got into the store they did the even have the eggs I was waiting for. It is no wonder the store is failing.

I bought Christmas decorations online and selected to pick up in the store as suggested by the website to get it quicker. Two days later and still not ready to pick up. I went to the store, the items are in Stock so I brought them to customer service but they wont let me take them as part of my paid order! Being told it could be a couple more days. This is what minimum wage gets you. Useless.

Horrible service!! I would give 0 star. I ordered something from Sears but I have to pick up my item here. Waited for over 30 mins to pick up only 1 item. The lady who was helping at the customer service was nice though , she was great at multi tasking because there was only her. Last time I shopped at K Mart was 6-7 years ago, Im surprised theyre still in business.

The worst customer service!!!!! Huge mistake I purchased a bike tire from Kmart. It was the wrong size in the box. When i went there to exchange it they made me feel like a criminal like i put the wrong tire in there. Will never shop there again. I never liked Kmart .... now i have more reasons not to go back there!! What kind of business does that? ?

So stupid.went to customer service to take back shoes for a bigger size. This lady goes "how come u didnt tell the lady u wanted to do that". Be prepared to deal with horiable coustermer service,dirty floor, and morons.

The customer service are really bad, no body help us, a black lady with a blue hair in the desk of the customer service was super rude and annoying. The bathroom was dirty with poop in the walls, toilet and the floor!!

Amazing experience I was shocked that this was actually a Kmart as this store is super clean, staff are very knowledgeable and your greeted when you walk in! I hope sears and Kmart decide to keep this store open!

Management sux floor workers try hard to run away. If you place an order online dont ever expect it being filled or a refund. This location is a scam. I dont know how they are still in business.

This place is just sad.. I know Kmart is struggling but this location should be put out of its misery. Its run down, depressing and has no concept of what good customer service is.
