The Union of Progress to help combat regression
Nadege the manager on duty on Wednesday was extremely rude and unprofessional when asked why only 2 cashiers were opened her response was because "I aint got nobody else", keep in mind these 2 cashiers were processing refunds holding up a line of approx. 8-10 customers, when she should have easily opened a register herself instead she was processing go-backs, poor and horrible customer services/attitude, she completely looked like she did not want to be there with this look of infinite misery on her face, she also gave me a hard time with an exchange for a different size. Wont be back to this Burlington, way better off at the Sawgrass Burlington, Buyer and Customers beware.

Customer service sucks here!!!! Only one manager was working, Nedage, and she was horrible. I purchased a jacket a couple weeks ago but didnt get to wear it so I went to return it. She refused to give me a refund because the black part of the jacket had lint from the beige lining it had, and told me it look like I wore it. So I left to lint the jacket came back and told me it looked the same. Called customer service and they were as useless as she was. Ended up calling my credit card company and they issued my refund!! I will not be returning here.

Absolutely horrible!!!!! I went there for a pair of work pants for the next day. Got there at about 9:30 PM (store closes at 10pm). I picked a pair of pants and went to try them on. At 9:37 the employees turned off the lights to the entire store and said (through the intercom) and I quote "all customers report to the front of the store". Needless to say I put my shorts back on and blindy exited the dressing room area. I left the pants and exited the store never ever to return. I will never shop at Burlington again.

The worst!! Never again!! Went to buy a gift for a baby shower, asked 3 cashiers how to get the gift list, they did not know, waited for 15 minutes, finally another lady came, took me to the baby section, the computer was not working, so she went to anothe place to print the list, after waiting anothe 15 minutes decided to leave. People were rude,no intention to help the customer

I like this place, although some of the stuff is an immediately identifiable knock off; They have good stuff. Ive bought lots of clothes from here. They might go out of business soon so do all you shopping before they close. Theyve been here for eight years but each time I go I feel like a kid in a candy store.

The person who stated it was a scary neighborhood must be from Roalty! The neighborhood is absolutely fine. There is a mobile home park across the street, bug deal! A rated schools all around. Half to million dollar homes all around as well.

I usually come to this location when Im looking for dresses, and am able to find at least 2-3 nice ones for great prices. The shoe collection in this location though isnt as good as others that Ive been to, they always seem low on shoe options.
