I am not a fan of this thrift store. I found the staff to be rude and unwilling to provide customer service for the exception of one young lady. After I made my purchase I asked if I could have one of the employees unlock the restroom door so I could use it. When I finished and stepped out I overhear hear the employee and the manager speaking in Spanish accusing me of being a shoplifter because I was walking around with a small backpack. I confronted them and showed them my purchase with receipt. I was offended on more than one level and I will never come back.

As a long time customer I am turned off by the new look at your store. Starting to look like a junk store instead of the thrift it has been. Went to store in Lauderhill but still return to your store. new arrangement and the way you have changed the presentation of merchandise does not make you my favorite thrift store any more You wont be my first choice to shop any more. Sorry will miss the time I spent there

I used to not be a huge fan of thrift stores, but I do love this one! There are always little gems and treasures waiting to be discovered. It can get a little crowded and chaotic in there, but thats part of the charm for me. I especially love the special occasion dress section and the furniture department where I have found some great pieces for phenomenal prices.

Went there 20 minutes before closing denied to go shopping owner needs to fier the employees LOSING LOTS OF MONEY 20 PEOPLE SHOW UP AND DENIED over priced and a tall black dude came out side call himself a manager and he did not act right , like a dumb ass , did not know how to solve problems he looks like a bubbles head , will not come back

Too much packed on hangers. Used to be better. Ok if you just want to browse. Prices are too high for items that are used. Clothing bargains can be found if you can stand there and get pushed aside by workers and other shoppers. The handicap walkway is far from the entrance. I would really like to know how much really goes to Breast Cancer.

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! Have been here at least 3 times already. They always have a dry erase board up in front with what sales are going every day. 50% off of which ever colour tags which is AMAZING! Ive walked out with a bunch of finds all for half off. Cheaper than goodwill. Such a variety. I plan to go back soon. (:

This store is not anymore what it was before. I found an item with the brand new tag and the store tag on it, priced with 0.99 cents. The cashier told me it was not the right price. They write the price and the one on the tag was a printed price. WTH is that? I was not able to buy it.

Seriously one of the best thrift shops I have ever been to. Especially for kitchen/dining room stuff. I seem to find something in here every time I visit, and it is usually under $10. The have cool auction windows too, though the prices seem to always get too high for me.

I almost didnt want to write a review because I want to keep this gem hidden. I was able to find some items that no other consignment or thrift shop had. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and it was a pleasant experience overall. Will certainly return.

I love this place. There is not one time that I have come here and not found an amazing treasure. I purchased a print valued at $200 for less than $20. There is nothing you cant find here. The lines move quickly and the employees are very friendly.

This is the most disgusting store Ive ever seen. I saw a rat in the restroom and a small roach inside a coat. This store is too far from its competitors; Goodwill, Salvation Army. Most employees treat customers poorly.

Always lots of stuff to choose from. Need to have triceps of steel to search through all the racks since clothing is sorted by type and color and not by size. Fitting room closes like an hour before the store.

my FAVORITE thrift store to go to. I find all of my favorite clothes here. prices are very cheap and affordable! only downside is that it is pretty dusty/messy and there are no fitting rooms, just mirrors
