Point is this is the worse thrift store I have been to. The exprience alone is Aweful. It makes me more upset that I was even a customer of this place of course its unorganized, hey its a thrift store. Its not the merchandise its the people, specially the Manager. Walking into this place, you could tell based on the mangers and employees attitudes on how much they care about their job and customer. Because of their nonchalant attitude towards a customer issue. I will never come back to this place again and I repeat myself I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO AMERICAs THRIFT STORE EVER AGAIN!!! I will assure you my friends & families wont either. Congratulations America Thrift Store. Youve just gained a "Hater". I will advise and tell every one I encounter with of this store. That includes Town Hall meetings , Union meetings etc. Thank you so much for your "Satisfactory Customer service" A business worse enemy is its customers thank you so much have a great day.

This store has improved so much since they first moved in. Now, I think it would be hard to find a real thrift store thats better than this. The biggest improvement has been that they opened up the upper level and moved all the furniture and bigger home decor up there. It really opened up the lower floor and there is more room to move around between the racks of clothing. If you want a bargain, this is definitely the place to check out. A couple of weeks ago, my daughter got 3 pairs of designer jeans in new condition (which would have been over $500 at Nordstrom) for $10! But, unless youre a senior citizen, beware of Wed. While there are specials every day, Wed. is senior day and it get really crowded. The only issue is that the dressing rooms are really small, but for the kind of savings you get, its worth it.

When I walked into this place it seemed dirty and it had a musty smell to it. The idea to sell cheap goods to people its very nice but not when you get it for free. If any of you want to donate clothes, electronics or whatever you desire, go to a church or ask people if they know of anyone who is in need... My husband and I were buying matresses next door and noticed the American Thrift Store!!! Went inside and its huge!!!! Great looking clothes and items. I ended up buying a few pictures I saw. Prices are very resonable!!! We will be going again soon!!! If we had to say anything negative is that it could be a little cleaner, carpet was dirty, but we overlooked it because it was just awesome!!!

This is my favorite thrift store for furniture and funky home decor. I love the staff and all of the locals that shop here. Yes, the furniture can be overpriced when they first set it out, but they lower the prices the longer the piece is in the floor. Try to come when they place furniture at 20% off. Thats when you find the great deals. Happy thrifting!

So much to see.and go through. Liked well labeled sections of merchandise. Disliked frenzied employees attitudes and having lights turned off while on the way to the front for checkout. Amount of time left was broadcasted over loud speaker. Fet rushed and pressured to "get out" asap.

I love shopping at this store every week, but when i go into the dressing room it smells like mildew/mold and makes me nauseous! Please fix it i cant handle the smell anymore meaning i cant try on the clothes i find! Please i love this store i dont want to stop shopping here.

Huge! It looks like corporate building from the outside with mirror windows a few stories high. However, the store is inside. There are so many items all organized in sections. Clothing, housewares, electronics, jewelry, shoes and books. Very reasonably priced.

Theres so much selection and stuff in this place! Its crazy. The staff is kinda rude when they are placing stuff on racks. Not sayin excuse me and whatnot but the cashiers are awesome, and the deals are good! Go to this place!

Best thrift store in Broward!!! They have a variety of stuff at very, very good prices! Even without the color tag sale i found pants for under 5 dollars! Worth the buses to come back!

Absolutely awesome! The prices are AMAZING. Cool people work there. Good parking, except if you park next door. They will tow your car quick. Be careful where you park.
