We are happy to have Cavallari here in Sanford / Lk Mary area now. They have fine quality custom cut aged meats, gourmet to go meals to cook at home, deli meats (which they will use to make you a sub on really good fresh bread), fine imported packaged foods, as well an olive oil bar. Our favorite thing from Cavallari is the tuna salad, made from fresh ahi tuna. Once we tried it, I knew Id probably never even attempt to make tuna salad again, theres no way it would be as good as Cavallaris fresh tuna salad. The chicken & other deli salads are really great, too. You can find everything you need to make a quick casual meal or a really great special occasion meal at Cavallari, from fresh vegetables, to deli salads & cold cuts, to meats for cooking, with bread, sides, entrees, ect, all the way to prepared desserts. They even have a selection of fine wine & exotic soft beverages, & mineral waters, so you wont need to go anywhere else.

Fabulous place to get food for that special occasion or just for any good meal. Love their bacon wrapped fillet. For a little heat they have these great stuffed peppers that are not as hot as stuffed jalapeno peppers‎ but are very tasty stuffed with cheese and prosciutto. They have great prepared foods ready to go and an extensive case filled with ready to cook kabobs, sausages, steaks and some delicious desserts at the front case. The shop in Oviedo is very good, although I would like to see more variety regarding the antipasti. It is boring and predictable. The shop in Heathrow appears to be failing, and as a result, I can attest to the fact several food items (different styles of sausage) purchased at separate times, were bad. Although I did receive a full refund, of which I am truly appreciative, it happened again. It appears to me that I can only purchase "fresh" sausages at the Oviedo shop.

A fantastic deli / butcher. Most of their food is made fresh daily. They change their specials daily. They have specialized products you will not find in a supermarket. The staff is friendly and their desserts are amazing. Best part, I didnt need to pay for my exs meal because the owner kept flirting with her. Saved some money! Fantastic! Highly recommended this place if you are looking for an authentic Italian deli / butcher.

Used to buy green beef from Cavallari regularly but they stopped selling/carrying green beef. Yet they continued selling us a different product without telling us about the change. We only found out because we noticed the difference and started asking more questions.
