Pharmacist Angela is RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. I transferred my records from Publix in Coral Springs after moving to Hallandale and cannot believe how two Pharmacies within the same organization can operate so differently. According to Angela they also have different policies and procedures. I was told today, after a week of waiting for my prescription that if I dont hear from the pharmacy I SHOULD KNOW TO CALL MY DOCTOR MYSELF. WOW. She added my prescription was a controlled prescription, ( for which I still had two refills left). SO? SOP should be the same whether its an antibiotic, antidiarreal, or antidepressant: patient needs to be contacted and told to call their doctor., not told she should know what to do. Ready to go somewhere else, where the Pharmacist cares about patients needs and have the courtesy and respect of asking someone if she is so busy to contact a patient after SEVEN DAYS to inform them of the status of their request.

The customer service is terrible. They give you a time for pickup but then its never ready. They treat the customers horrible. Dont listen. Are not patient. They interrupt you when you speak. They talk bad about the customers right in front of others.
