Who knew olive oil and balsamic vinegar could offer so much range and POW! on the taste-buds? Not me, and I consider myself a bit of a foodie. Once Sultan taught me about the peppery little bite that real, high-quality extra-virgin olive oil gives in the back of the throat, I understood the difference in what Id been getting at the grocery versus the great stuff that evoo market sells. If you think you know what balsamic vinegar tastes like, then try Sultans 18-year-old balsamic. Its a world apart. There are natural infusions in Sultans olive oils and balsamic vinegars that continue to spark my culinary creativity, like peach-infused white balsamic on fresh chilled mango, or rosemary infused olive oil on fresh pasta and tomatoes, lime-infused olive oil on grilled fish, and chocolate balsamic on fresh strawberries!

No trip to Fort Lauderdale is complete without a stroll down Las Olas Boulevard, and a stop at EVOO market. The store is amazing, the staff are helpful and friendly, and there are plenty of delicious samples. The owner also had lots of great tips for using the olive oils and balsamics. Theres the savory dishes, but also desserts…? I thought he was crazy to suggest drizzling balsamic on ice cream, but he was right & it was phenomenal. Do yourself a favor and stop by EVOO to get your own bottles of culinary heaven!

Delicious olive oils, balsamic vinegars and dips! Everything has a sample bottle which allows you to taste something new with bread provided by the store. I purchase on line when not in Fort Lauderdale and get a stock of olive oils and different flavored balsamic vinegars to give as house and hostess gifts. I also love my salt and pepper one action grinders.

Great selection of gourmet olive oils, balsamic vinegars, sea salts and spices. Try the 18 year old traditional balsamic and the blood orange EVOO. Yummy!
