This store has terrible customer service. Like some of the other reviews on here, I wanted to exchange my online order, and made this clear to the cashier, however she processed it as a return anyway and couldnt void it. I asked to speak to the manager for that, and other reasons (FYI RetailMeNot coupons seemingly work, but are voided AFTER you checkout online) and a guy came walking up who clearly did not want to deal with me, and told me to just call the 1-800-OLD NAVY phone number. I called the 800 number, and unfortunately my experience with them was not any better than my experience in the store. After my experience today, I will not be doing any business with Old Navy again.

Customer service here is very unprofessional. I asked for some assistance and sales floor associate ( was unable to get her name ) responded back to me "sorry but if you want you can call the 1-800 number and make a complaint." I was taken back for a moment in shock. All I had asked for was assistance.. I decided to report her to the store manager Julie and she responded with the same answer. Very rude toned with me as well. Not helpful or understanding at all. This is not how your treat a customer who is shopping in your store! I will not ever go back to this location do to the lack of service and appreciation.

Customer service is awful! Took back a pair of pants that I bought online, and they would not let me exchange the size. I had to return the online purchase and then buy the pants again at a higher price because "they dont compete with their online prices." Bulls***! My first and last time to shop at Old Navy.

Less of a line for the fitting room than the last time I was there, and the store seemed cleaner. Same long line for checkout, but it wasnt as slow moving. I got deals I didnt expect and walked out with more than I came in for, so it was a good shopping trip.

one of the better looking Old Navy stores I have been into, they have construction going on next to them so it was quite empty, so there was no line, but the store is pretty big in size and had a great set up, loved it

Nice store with a peppy vibe. The area is under construction at the moment but the store itself is alive and well. Some shelves were unstocked with common sizes though, hence the 4 stars.

I love Old Navy but this specific location is a disaster! Every time I go there are clothes everywhere! Very unorganized! And the area by the changing rooms...complete cluster!

Nice selection for whole family. I love old navy cloths. Store is located in big plaza. Bunch of other stores are renovating so lots of construction on the area.
