Paint has always been an issue for me however the staff at this store not only made this process painless they actually took the time to ensure I got the right product for the jobs I wanted to do. I would have bought the wrong paint for the job had I went to a Home depot or Lowes. The owner Greg took the time to not only inquire exactly what I wanted to doing he took a vested interest in making sure I not only got EXACTLY what I NEEDED which honestly I was not even aware existed he made sure he explained how to apply the product properly. I also needed to repaint my pool deck, he made a point to ask me to bring a sample of the current paint as there is two different kinds that are COMPLETELY OPPOSITE, if the correct paint is not applied it is a complete waste of time and money. He took my chip had it analysed to make sure he provided me with not only the correct type he custom made the color I wanted. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND you take the time to go to this store no matter where you are located. I RARELY take the time to rate and comment on a retail experience however this gentleman made a REAL DIFFERENCE in my experience and success of my projects. Thank you Greg I GREATLY APPRECIATE EVERYTHING YOU DID that was WAY BEYOND anything I expected. The difference between this experience and ALL the others at home depot where if you can find someone to help you they usually lack the knowledge or desire to help me create a great finished project.

I love this store the staff is so helpful and knowledgeable . And the paint is awesome I paint professional for years using a different company I swore by but when I got to Florida my new partner was using Benjamin Moore and swore by it and I have to say its great paint worth every penny its easy to apply and goes a long way there also have awesome rolling sleeves last for ever and easy wash out . Greg the owner is a wonderful guy I love stopping for paint now I could call it in but I enjoy sitting in the store for a moment chatting with Greg and other painters I so appreciate a small neighborhood store in a world of big cooperations where shopping is often so impersonal its so refreshing to come to a store where they greet you by your name because you matter real customer service . Thank you Greg and staff for always being there you are fantastic! !!!!

We first used Greg 15 years ago to assist us in picking paint and colors for our home. Since then, we have used him for all of our rental properties as well. My wife is a decorator and has used his services for all of her clients. He is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable on how to assist someone in identifying the paint and colors for their projects. Picking the proper paint color is a real art form and Greg excels in this area. We are actually using him again right now. We were struggling for the proper color and with his help, we have found a phenomenal color. Kudoss to Greg!!!!!

Where has Greg been all my life? FINALLY a paint store locally with excellent customer service and a wide range of great products. You dont need to think at all. Just walk in, tell them what youd like to do, and they immediately pull a product off the shelf to help. After a couple visits, they know you by name. They do NOT try and upsell you. They try and find you the most economical solution for your needs. They are also very contractor-friendly.

Customer service is a lost art for most companies. The folks at First Choice have brought back the personal touch to customer interaction. The owner stayed well past closing to mix samples for my wife for our renovation colors. The sample containers were only 5 or 6 dollars, but he was willing to stay late on a Friday to help us. I wont buy paint elsewhere.

Best experience I had because they helped choosing the right paint color for our living room. These guys really know what they are doing and enjoy making the customer completey satisfied. Went with winter lake from benjamin moore and color was what I was looking for. This is not like going to ace hardware or home depot for paint advice.

Employees are very knowledgeable about paint and very good at helping you make the right choice. Great to get opinion on trending and upcoming colors. Im not very good at choosing undertones but these guys are right on target. Easy in and out. Benjamin Moore paint is really creamy.
