Really bad customer service. Computers were down twice during separate visits, They give no notification of changes in coverage for prescriptions or to let you know when you are almost out of refills. You wait in long lines because they dont have enough employees there to take care of you and the ones there are so overworked they are a bit short/rude to me when I go there. The rewards program doesnt help either. The coupons expire and have only a small window when you can use them. Target doesnt except expired coupons either. AND I HATE THAT TARGET SAVED MY CREDIT CARD INFO WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!!! I am no longer getting my prescriptions filed there and will not shop there anymore.
