Went to pay for merchandise, cashier didnt even bother to ask if I had my card and proceeded to swipe her own card. When I stated that I would like to use my own card she waited until she finish scanning my items to then scan my card. Then gave me the change with a bit of an attitude. Called the store to speak to manager and the phone rang for two minutes after automated system transfers me to customer service. When they finally answered i asked for the manager, after waiting for five minutes i hung up and called back. Again phone rang for a long time, then was on hold for ten minutes. Hung up called back and on hold fourteen minutes and still waiting. Does my card override hers or do i not get credit for my purchase?

We are customers in this store for many years. The store was much better organized and so was customer service until a few months ago. We had a very good manager that took care of clients. True that the front of the store is nicer with placed fruits and vegetables, however tonight again there were no carts, not enough people to help customers check out. We hope that it will improve soon to the way it was , where the manger was always around to help, and workers did just not stand around and talk to their fellow worker or be on the phone and ignore customers

Has a good selection of food but I do not like their meat very much. I am not particular with types but I try to go for the kosher sometimes because it has a better color. I have bought fish from them before and the Salmon was gross! Their fruits and veggies are sometimes already spoiled but for the most part they last a week or so at home. The cooked chicken wings are horrible but their empanadas are okay.

Smaller amounts of product than Publix. And every time I go to Winn Dixie, theres always too few checkout lanes open. Today at 1:30 there was only ONE checkout lane open other than self checkout. And there was a long line. This, unfortunately is typical though. I stood in line for 15 minutes, and I was second in line. Ridiculous!

amazing store! hate going to Publix always so crowded and loud staff yelling everywhere,,, This store is totally renovated, never crowded, friendly and polite staff... Always clean, well illuminated... Even self checkout... Great product offering to chose from.... Keep up the good work! just a pleasure to shop there!

hate this location, the women staff at the deli are SO RUDE and have nasty bad attitudes. the "manager" does nothing about it. horrible customer service. i rather go to publix any day. shame on you women at the deli and shame on the "mangers" at this location too.

Missing products that other Winn Dixie have in stock, even after spoked several time to the managers after 6 months, they still not stocking them (Tazo chai tea latte tetra pack, tres leches cake from the bakery area) so I have to finish shopping at Publix.

Was good but the service could be more personalize.....I think whole foods is in the lead with personalized service followed by publix....but I still give Winn Dixie a 4star... It is still one of my fav place to shop along with the above mentioned.

So many kosher options and products can be found here. Great produce and clean overall. The line to pay needs to be faster. The self checkout was closed when I wanted to pay for my 3 items. It was 9:30am so it really was empty.

They have a fantastic deli as well as a kosher section. great food and fantastic offers. they dont have as many buy one get ones, but they always have 40% off and i save money on gas when i use my dixie card.

this place open till 11 pm biggest selection of kosher foods and meats its conviniently located near shopes and restaurants if you have a loyal card they give good discounts on shell gas stations.

Great prices and selection of food, always very clean, and staff is highly attentive. Their shelves are always stocked, and the self checkout lines are my life-savers when I am in a hurry.

Terrble customer service, the people working at Winn Dixie are not friendly, or knowledgeable about items in the store. It was an overall awful experience

I like their coffee and its a excellent grocery store. Good meat and Latin food (especially the Três Leches cake) also Kosher food.

This Winn-Dixie is great. The store is well equipped including a full kosher section. The staff is always helpful and courteous.

Very convenient to have a Kosher deli with hot foods and bakery goods open extended hours. Wish it was open even later.
