My wife and i went to your Wilm.DE store for some fake flowers and ribbon for my daughters up coming bridal shower. We couldnt find a certain ribbon that my daughters had bought earlier in the week.We got Sandie (Michaels employee ) involved, and before you know it she was calling other stores , to try and find us that certain ribbon.She looked one more time in the back of the store and found us 4 rolls. Thats the kind if employees that a business needs. Because of Sandie we will be back

The manager Melanie was the worse got loud with me and got smart. The workers are no help and she also was no help. They just wanted to rush and get you out of their face instead of really helping showing you where the items you are looking for are. Also Melanie told me they did not have an item that they actually did have.

Few registers open. Barely anyone on the floor. Have to wait in long lines to ask a simple question like where something is located. Custom Framing is a major rip-off. 70% off means higher than a custom framing shop, trust me on this one. Coupon usage varies by store! I was even told that by an employee!

Plenty of products. But every time I went there, there was a long queue at billing. Inspite of having multiple counters, there was just one person at the counter. Ill still go for the products though. They are worth the wait !

Nothing bad or good here. I suppose its a four star rating because I did wander around looking for what I needed for a while and was never offered assistance at all. But hey, its retail in 2017, what should I expect?

This Michaels is bigger and has more of a selection than the one in Christiana Mall. Only problem is there is absolutely no cellphone service, so I appreciate that they have wifi available to pull up coupons.

Decent craft store. Id rather go to a mom and pop shop, but theres less and less of them these days. Most of the employees at this place are super helpful and pleasant.

Pretty good selection if you know where to look. Its a big store, so staff is spread thin and lines at the registers can easily get frustratingly long.

Great for arts & crafts. Too pricey for silk flowers. Try a local Dollar Tree for those. Excellent selection for DIY wedding favors & tabling items.
