A weak four stars. Prices are reasonable for Rehoboth Beach. My daughter had the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. She said it was "really good." I had the Belgian waffle with bananas and whipped cream and thought it was good. Still hungry, I took her word for it and had what she did. The croissant and eggs were good. The sausage, however, was somewhat rubbery and lacked flavor. The cheeses texture was on point and there wasnt too much of it; but it tasted like cheap Velveeta. Overall, though, the croissant was good. Although Rehoboth Beach offers better breakfast options, this place is a nice change of pace. As an aside, what the previous poster said about parking may not be true. From what I could tell, they had a very limited number of parking spaces. Most likely, the previous poster parked closer to some of the adjacent business, where the parking is more copious. But it is not readily apparent whether The Point customers are authorized to park in those spaces. Be that as it may, it will be easier to find parking here than at the places closer to the ocean.

Awful experience. My husband and I stopped in for breakfast and were rushed into ordering by the incredibly rude cashier even though there was no one else in line. We each ordered a loaded croissant which, to our surprise, were ready before my husband finished paying. After tasting our croissants it was clear that the quick service was most likely due to the croissants being microwaved. My spinach and egg croissant was made with frozen spinach which caused it to be raw and doughy on the bottom. My husbands croissant was stuffed with oddly grey bacon. The fruit on the side was unripe and at the same time some how rotten. To top it all off the place was overpriced. We would have been more pleased and satisfied eating a sizzle from Wawa.

My hands down favorite coffee shop in Rehoboth Beach. Delicious coffee, teas, and pastries. They also do sandwiches, quiches, and a variety of traditional brunch items. And bonus points for real maple syrup! The prices are a bit high for Rehoboth, but not unheard of if you are coming from the city. Alas, the service and atmosphere have gone down a tad since Tom left. He was a mainstay and brought so much life to the cafe (not to mention free cookies). Hes at the Boardwalk Plaza Hotel running their concierge department now, so be sure to stop in to see him.

We are residents of Rehoboth Beach and have been going to The Point for the past 6 years. The last 2 years since Tom has left The Point and moved to the Hotel.......we havent had good experiences. The service isnt good and the ladies are rude ! We miss Tom ! It was always a great environment, greeted when entering the cafe, now they act like we are bothering them. If you ask them a question, you get a smart ass answer. This has happened too many times......... we wont be back. Disappointed Cornelia

The food was good, but the brewed coffee was awful. Maybe I had it on a bad day (it was very busy), but when I politely asked for something else because I was not satisfied with my coffee, the guy working behind the counter rudely told me to "get back in line and order it". Very rude, and bad, watery coffee makes for bad business. Hope they start stepping it up because Ive heard others say they have had good experiences there before.

We ordered four different bakery products and experienced a range of quality, all based on whether the items were fresh it seems. The blueberry coffee cake was absolutely awesome and tasted like it was made just a few hours ago. The sticky buns tasted a couple of days old which was not cool, because the side of the building says the sticky buns are famous. You need to find out whether the bakery items are fresh or not.

The food and coffee are actually really good. The staff, however, is pretty awful. I was the only person in here today, and Ive been listened to them mocking and making fun of customers all afternoon. I just wanted to enjoy a nice afternoon coffee and snack and instead I have to listen them whine and complain their way through the day. Awesome. Wonder what theyll find to say about me when I leave.

After waiting forever for a coffee, i was astounded to find the half n half offered over on the side was just sitting out in an open cup... no lid or covering, and had a bug floating in it! No way to present creamer... should be in some kind of closed container. When i got home, i was further disappointed... the expensive pastries I bought (2) were both stale. Needless to say, I wont be back.

My mom is dying of breast cancer, shes been given 4-6 weeks and she loves baked goods so Ive been going here once a week to purchase her desserts and breads. First, I want to say, you get what you pay for, yes, they are pricey but everything is delicious. I recently found out from a friend that they give their leftover breads to those in need. I love hearing this about a company!

Hands down the absolute worst coffee shop Ive been to. The americano was garbage, service was worse and food barely edible. Ive been to coffee shops all around the world, but none as sad as this. The points coffee had me looking forward to the military issued Marine Corps coffee. Owner should consider changing every thing especially staff.

I had the most incredible Raspberry Macaroon in the world! I could have eaten four of them! My husband had a Banana Nut Muffin- he said it was delish! We ended up getting ground coffee, 2 loaves of zucchini bread, cheddar biscuits, 4 almond pastries and a Strawberry/Blackberry pie to take home. Yum!

The food here is seriously comparable to a five star resturaunt, the workers are kind and cheery, and the atmosphere is fresh & cozy. Their coffee is delicious and their bakery selection looks seriously professional and gorgeous! I will come back here every time I come to Rehobeth beach!!! <3

The sticky buns are out of this world, I love that they are still a bit doughy in the center, hands down the best around the beach. They also have this focaccia bread with cheese and roasted red peppers that we heated up, sliced, and served as an appetizer.....it was a hit.

This is one of those hard to find high quality coffee shops. I always make it a point to stop here when Im in the Rehoboth Beach area. If youre looking for various great coffees, delicious baked goods, and a wonderful atmosphere, there is no better place.

Always an amazing meal. Today was a bacon, egg ad cheddar breakfast sandwich on a croissant AND a cheese with cinnamon danish. Did I mention their coffee? And all the other amazing items there. Everything has always been fantastic!

Prices are ridiculous & the staff is rude. My husband paid twice cause Napoleon, the cashier lady, didnt remember my husband paying the first time & she didnt give him a receipt. He paid $10.00 for a fruit bowl.
