Got an eye exam in May, which took about 6 minutes. July came and I needed an emergency pair of glasses, I had to go to lens Crafters, because it was a Sunday morning. Here I am 2 mths later, still unable to see out of my glasses. She gave me an entirely too weak prescription, I am unable to get another eye exam or pair of glasses for 2 years due to my health insurance. Finally fed up, I called today to lodge a complaint with jcp , they said I can not because the doctor is independent. I called the dr office and the lady who answered, Aubrey had every excuse why the Dr was right and I was wrong. Dont waste your time or money, go somewhere else.

Very un.professional. This was the first time Id been there in two and a half years. Had an appointment and they were taking walk-ins ahead of me. The only professional there is the actual doctor. She found out I had an appointment and the clerks were putting the walk-in charts ahead of mines and she corrected that. They never answer the phone. And one of the clerks told me that they couldnt look my information up until they turned the lights on at 10 minutes to 10.

Please dont make the same mistake that I did. A $400 glass start losing screws and contacts after 2 months old, customer care say no warranty and will cost for repair. Good clothing but not eyeglass. I have to back to Costco Optical with professional customer care.

Understaffed. I went there and found a cute pair of glasses. I say down and waited and waited. To top it off, the associate took a customer that came in after me! I dont recommend this place

If I could give them less than a one I would they gave me the wrong prescription in my contacts refused to change it and the glasses they gave me the focus is off. So much money wasted
