I shop here regularly, as my mother-in-law always gets me gift cards for Forever XXI. But its a freaking nightmare. I can hardly ever find anything in my size, nothing is ever in its proper place. There are clothes literally thrown all over the place and its such a mess. I love the clothes & the prices, but they need to do something about organization & their employees. They are very unhelpful, rude and snotty. If you decide to go, never go on a weekend, as its ALWAYS filled with 12 year old girls and half-hour long lines.

Forever 21 is the most amazingest store I have ever been to. The customer service is great,the employees are helpful and the beautiful decor is absulotely accurate. I just love this place. And dont get me started on the prices. $1.50 !!!!!!!!! For cute earrings ..... $2.80 for necklaces!!!!!!!!!........... This store just blows me away. The medioker bows.......I swear this place has it all............. And guess where im going tommorow :-)

Really just an awful place. Cheap, chintzy clothing isnt even worth the modest prices they charge. The manager is cranky and difficult to deal with--good luck if you want to return something. This store seems to attract the lowest common denominator of people, who trash the place more quickly than the visibly exasperated employees can clean it up. Why theyre even in business is beyond me.

Always shop at this location of Forever 21s on the East Coast when I visit but over the weekend had a great experience with a cashier, David - who helped with find a the plus section and rang me up with great customer service. Promotion needs to be in order for him :)
