Ive used this store several times. The woman who runs it (and the Allentown store, too) is remarkably knowledgeable about the entire NB product line. When I walked in a few days ago I said that I wanted to replace the shoes I was wearing because the uppers were worn out near the laces holes. They are so old, the model number and size label is no longer readable. Didnt matter. She knew exactly what it was. Turns out there was a sale going on because NB is coming out with a revision next month. I was happy with the version in stock and with the discount so I bought it right away. I was wearing brown shoes and asked if they had black in the on-sale version and while not in that store she checked Allentown. They had it and shipped it the same day. I am very pleased with them and will return when the time comes.

We travel 1.5 hours to this store twice a year and they NEVER have the size of the sneakers we are looking for. We tried once again yesterday and the girl who helped us was actually no help at all. She could not have cared less about helping us. She probably didnt even look for the size in the back room since she was in there about a minute. We are DONE with this store. Dont waste your time traveling there.
