first trip: to replace a dead battery. called to make sure they had it and I could bring in the old one - confirmed. Went in a borrowed car to get it, waited a long time while staff tried to figure out how to do the return for the old one. No one could, told me I had to come back the following day when a manager was there, I lugged it back out and did so. To the managers credit, when I did come back, he was very nice and apologetic for the previous nights staff not knowing what to do. second trip: need a fuse. go online, print out fuse, part number, and supposed location in store. As soon as I enter, am approached by two gentlemen, one of whom keeps calling me "sweetheart." I try not to get too irritated by that stuff but he was probably almost literally half my age and it came off very condescending. Second one takes my printout, kind of looks around, doesnt see it, mumbles about going out to the car. I told him I would just go get it, so I went back to the car, yanked the fuse and found the right one myself. Waiting in line, it was long-ish, and the way the registers are set up, it looks like there are 2 people cashiering. So I wait, "Sweetheart" guy then finishes with the person ahead of me and tells me the other cashier can help me, and again with the "sweetheart." So I get in the back of that line with my one pack of fuses, and wait. Line had curved around and the guy at the register motioned to the guy behind me to come up - the CUSTOMER pointed out Id been waiting before him, and I finally paid and left. Today I found out I have a light out, and need to buy a part, but Im not inclined to go to this location again.

This staff went out of their way to help us right up to closing time so we wouldnt be stranded two states away from our campground. Their attention made sure we got home that night. They also waited extra time after they closed, just to be sure we were okay. Thank you, guys!!!
