If there was an option to give zero stars, that would be it. This CVS pharmacy is by far one of the worst CVSs, I have been to in my entire life. They are extremely rude and have no desire to truly help the customer. The Pharmacy cashier and Techs in the Winsted store are horrific and I am astounded that they continue to work here after the many complaints, not only myself, but others have made. Well Done CVS, you lost my business.

I want to thank the pharmacy team for their patience and persistence in helping us with a recent health crisis. They worked with me to make a non-covered prescription available and everyday they processed the medicine through the insurance carrier until yesterday when they shared in my joy when we got the "its covered" Thank you to the entire CVS Pharmacy team in Winsted...Thank you :)

I dont even want to give these people one star. Extremely rude, incompetent and couldnt care less attitude from pharmacy members of staff. Plan to boycott this place in future. If you care about your health and welfare of your children dont rely on them to help you get what you need medication-wise.

Rude, difficult & incompetent. This pharmacy has caused so many problems for us. The pharmacist has a horrible habit of talking over you. And, who hired the pharmacy cashiers/techs?! Switching pharmacies asap.
