The people who run this place are unfriendly. l was a semi-regular customer here and couldnt help noticing that the guys who worked there seemed always to be in some sort of argument with customers. It was not a place I liked to go to but It was convenient so I kept going. Then a worker there mishandled my job and wouldnt take responsibility for what was very obviously his error. Well, that was it. I went a mile down the road where the UPS store is clean, large, well-stocked, and bright, the people running it are happy and welcoming and the work is done correctly, no matter what it is.

Recent visit to this The UPS Store was very refreshing. Seems there is a new owner who wants to grow and add services to the business. Was pleasantly greeted when I arrived and was able to make copies, complete a notary and send my documents out over night. I was given options and detailed descriptions about each service offering.
