Long lines, slow and inefficient staff that clearly dont want to be there. There were 4 staff members behind the counter with a line waiting to order and roughly 10 people waiting for their orders. One person was taking orders and running back and forth to the heater for the food, the other person was just pulling espresso and making espresso based drinks. The other two people were doing nothing to help, one was standing there with a clipboard and the other emptying a trash can that wasnt even 1/4 of the way full.

I have never been to a Starbucks where the baristas are rude or the service is bad but this place is the exception to that rule which is strange considering its in Westport which is a snob when it comes to service criteria but this starbucks even at my low expectations fails big my gf and I both hate going here I used to work in the area she still does we avoid it like the plague.

Went in, asked for a grande iced green tea latte, paid for it. Waited 10 mins never got it, asked the baristas about it they asked the cashier about it then didnt say anything to me and never made me another one. I tried to talk to them again all I wanted was either my drink or my money back, they totally just ignored me. Totally unprofessional.

Instead of giving people their drinks when theyre done being made the barista hoards them behind the counter allowing the espresso to go bad which happens when it sits for too long. She was very rude when I asked for my drink after watching her place it on the counter after it was done

Worst Starbucks ever horrible service people are so disrespectful line is so long it went out the door and around the corner all I asked for was a unicorn frap and they said we dont have any!!!!!!!!! Absolutely horrible that they can make a easy drink

The worst Starbucks Ive ever visited. Baristas are rude and nasty. This place is also a pigsty. Floors are sticky, the serving counter is almost always a disaster. A shame because its in a beautiful area. Avoid it like the plague.

Awful service. I clarified my order twice and thy still got it wrong. Very annoying when it took 20 minutes to get my drink after I ordered and have it still be wrong...

I love Starbucks. But theres not enough seating. The location needs a larger Starbucks to cater to the Westport crowd.
