I purchased a hammer drill from Tolls Plus Outlet on 5/5/17 it arrived on 5/13/17 I did not use this tool until 7/8/17 When I tried using it I found out it is not working properly, something electrical it started and stopped and restarted and stopped again. I contacted the seller on 7/13 It was too late (30+ days) for return, the seller gave me a run around in 5-6 communications back and forth and than told me to go to call factory service place. I had to buy a new drill from HD and now I have a non working drill from Tools Plus Outlet. MY LAST purchase from them. I am forced to pay for repairs to a tool that came out of the box not working!!!! Ebay left me hanging and said there is nothing that I can do and since it is past 60 days from purchase I can not even leave Feedback on the seller!!!! how convenient. I think I am done with Ebay as well.... I will stick with what works... AMAZON! they have always been there for me.

I would give zero stars if I could. One of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. I purchased a 700 dollar drill press that was delivered damaged and it me over 6 months to get it resolved. Very poor communication and seemingly no desire to be helpful.
