I love shopping at Burlington, however like previous posters the wait time is ridiculous, at this location, and the people at the registers take their sweet time checking out and rarely make conversation. They need to keep the aisles and racks organized as well as have more competent register attendants available. Also, the online ordering should be free shipping at $50 not the ridiculous $75 for orders. They do have an easy returns policy.

This place is horrible the service sucks my god if u have a life and things to do do not come here at all the lines are always by the elevator and there is nothing the buying customer can do about it Im so sad that this is the only place in stamford that operates like this so super sad I wish corporate knew abut how the customers are always being treated never have I come here and not have a hour wait

I remember when i used to shop there back then it was great. now its the worst place to shop at. they have really bad customer service and bad management. Obviously, the managers dont care about the store nor they know what they are doing. its just horrible. I wouldnt refer any of my friend to shop or work there. they should close the store

The most terrible customer service Ive ever experienced. 1 active register for check out!!!! On July second!!! And staff take their sweet time hanging around and cheat chatting! No sign of a so called manager!! And at the end after half an hour i got this: " It is not us and it is what it is!!!" Seriously?!!

This place is terrible. 3 years ago it was great, loads of jackets of all sizes. Now, the coats section from this coat factory is about 1/20th the product, and of that section half of it was mislabeled and out of inventory for sizes outside of giant. Never again.

Horrible business. Store sign clearly states that the store closes at 10:00pm Monday through Saturday. And they lock the doors at 9:30pm. When you call the clerk lets me know at 9:35 that the store is closed.
