This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I have been a customer for about a year. The pharmacy staff workers are completely incompetent. No one communicates. There are constantly issues with them listing the wrong insurance and address even though nothing has changed. Every time i visit for an Rx its not ready. Even after i get the automated call that its ready. Staff is unapologetic. Every time I get asked to come back the next day. They had to special order a CREAM prescribed to me, which was its own ordeal. Now its "here" and I sat in drive through for 20 MINUTES because they cant find it. No one cared to communicate that to me, so i sat for that entire time wondering where everyone went. Then they tell me to come back later because theyll definitely find it in the next half an hour. How long should this take to find a labeled box? its a small pharmacy. So now im waiting in the parking lot for a half hour until they find medicine ive been waiting a week for. how f***cking unprofessional.

Great pharmacy. They are fast and I never have to wait more than 20 mins for my script. This place really beats the New Britain Walgreens. I DO NOT reccommend the New Britain one, I recently switched to this one and my experience is far better! They actually employ competent staff here!

Great for quick visits. The staff are helpful, the pharmacists are smart, and the store is well organized. As a nice bonus the place has a drive through for prescriptions. If you want want something small then Walgreens is a great option.
