Experience was not what I was hoping for...I left the store w/out a phone when the store manager decided not to help me even though I arrived before another customer. When I asked him why he did that he said because the other customers transaction would be quicker despite knowing I could not stay long because of an urgent matter related to mother-nature if you know what I mean. I apparently learned from two other store employees that customers are not allowed to use store restroom!! So when I asked the young manager what other stores sold their products he gladly recommended Walmart, Target, & Best buy!! So I called Best Buy on my way to a CVS for a public restroom and learned they actually do not sell all AT&T products. On my way home I stopped by a Verizon store, unbeknownst to me, that was already closed for the day. However the store manager opened the locked door just for me and was willing to make a sale after hours. Now that is customer service!! Oh and I learned they let their customers use their restrooms too!! ;-)

Litterly the worst example of customer service ever exhibited. If I was a secret shopper from Atnt executive team. I would have fired the employee on the spot. I walked and and stated I am thinking about switching to a competing carrier due to limited service. The employee stated they take of that and walked away. I understand you wont be getting a sale out if me but wow. As I was leaving all I hear behind me is "he will be back". All I saw is I am glad I am switching. Great customer service (I say sarcastically)

Poor customer service on check in - if you are going to check me in, check me all the way in and validate my account access up front instead of making me wait 45 minutes for a service person (while 2 clerks were only checking in the 4 other customers after me - one who left because of the slowness) to tell me I cant actually do anything there. If they just would have taken one little step up front there would have been no aggravation. Please fix your intake process.

Very disappointed. First they ran a credit check that cost me 9 points and dropped me to good from excellent. Second, they gave me a newbie who took 2-3 hours to assist us. Third, they were not able to transfer the ATT number from prepaid to postpaid and it took them over a week to let me know. After that corporate suggested I see another store. I DONT THINK SO. AVOID !

Ive bought a couple of iPhones here over the years and its always been a good experience (once I find the right sales rep). Ive noticed that there are some less informed sales reps that can be a little loose with the truth about devices. Once I locate the "tech guy" on staff I usually have great conversations about the devices being sold and the service options.

Added a 4th line to our plan (weve been with att for 20 years) Was told as a "gold member" I could call AT&T and request a waiver on the activation fee... that was not the case... loyalty use to mean someting.
