Dropped off bike (Scott Genius, $5K) for service. Owner said he would service, apparently he is not competent enough to fix normal mountain bike issues. Left a message , after two days of keeping my bike, telling me that he does not want to get involved in repairs due to guarantee of his craftsmanship, complexity of issues, lol.... I have made the repairs and servicing myself but wanted to support local bike shop, Im into road/all bicycling but this action would not steer me here. I mostly mountain bike and leave you with this: Mountain bikers go elsewhere, to professionals. Im actually glad he didnt "Try" to fix my bike.

My husband and I went to Bobby Sprocket the other week to buy him a bike. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and provided great guidance towards the right type of bike for our needs. When riding by the other day, something felt off on my old bike so I wanted to bring it by for a tune up. We werent paying attention to time and got there a few minutes after closing. Without hesitation they opened their doors for us, tightened and adjusted some things on my bike, and would not accept any money. I know where Ill be going to get my next bike!

I went there for the first time because they are open Mondays and I needed a wheel trued. They were there but not opened when I arrived. Unlike the Post Office I was immediately invited in and taken care of. They promised same day service and sure enough the call came just before lunch

I came in looking for a Bicycle for my Son who has Autism . I was so surprised of how I was taken care of and how many options that were available to me . We finally decided on a Adult sized tricycle and the price was fair and could not put a price on the excellent customer service .

The service is incredable at all levels. I brought in my Trike for adjustments, they researched and performed like a servicing dealer. I ended up buying a new Marin from them. Nice people to do business with. Russ T.
