i recently had a desperate situation that involved a puncture of my front tubular tire in the middle of a 50 mile ride. i just happened to be in Canton and prayed this bike shop would be able to help. not only did they take the time -- on a VERY BUSY Saturday afternoon -- to replace my wheel with a loaner, but they had a new tire glued to my rim by the end of the day! of course, i couldnt ride that tire right away, but just receiving that kind of service is amazing this day and age. not only that, the tire was glued far better than any other tire that ive ever had; clean, solid, and straight! thinking that my situation was a fluke, i went in the following week without my bike and one of the technicians took time out of his packed schedule to discuss a nagging shifting issue. well, his advice was spot on and as much as i wanted to go back, i didnt need to. my bike worked! This is a superb bike shop, especially if you need real advice on equipment. The owner (a woman whose name escapes me, former racer) spent hours with my wife and I, first helping my wife get her bike fitted and then giving us tons of advice on tires and equipment. Were in our fourth year of cycling and still learning, and her knowledge was welcome. There was no sales pressure -- although we ended up spending a lot, and like most high-end stores, the goods are not cheap. Highly recommend it. We drive an hour to go here vs. other stores closer to our home.

I have bought several bikes there and had a number repairs done there as well. Typically I bring things in at the last minute and wanted quick turnaround. They have always tried to meet my needs. I have always found them to be very knowledgeable, reasonably priced and extremely accommodating. It is inconceivable to me that they have ever received an unfavorable review. I have been to other good bike shops as well but certainly none better.

The mechanics, sales staff, and owners are some of the most remarkable people Ive had the pleasure to meet. They always go above and beyond my expectations whether servicing my bicycles or getting me geared up for winter, spring, summer and fall. Absolutely fabulous!

If you ever want a custom bike fitting go see Jan at Benidorm. This wonderful woman spent at least 8 hours with me over several visits dialing in my bike, my shoes, my saddle, everything, in order to make my ride more comfortable. The entire staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I cant recommend this place highly enough. Go see them!

This shop has it all. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, an extensive line of clothing, the bike brands I want to ride, and access/ knowledge to accessories that make my riding more enjoyable. Ive bought all of my bikes from them over the past 11 years and havent been disappointed with their service or products once.
