I strongly wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone, the service was so poor i went outside where they have tools and a pump you can use, my chain was too short and I needed to add 1 more link so I knocked the door to ask the guys who where inside so a guy with a mustache came out I guess he was racist because when i was about to ask him he said in a rude way nope he didnt even let me finish the guy was probably racist Im Hispanic and my friend was black when he said nope he close the door Infront of my face he had such an attitude When he did that I just couldnt believe it I open my mouth and looked at my friend I was just shocked I dont know if its a store policy not letting no one borrow a chain breaker if it was he shouldve told me nicely he cant let no one except the employees use it he certainly dont know how to handle things. Then I went inside the store to asked them how much would they charge me and everyone ignored me and then the same guy came with and attitude and I told him how much would he charge me just to add one(1) link to my chain I had my owns links he said 10 dollars and then he said all sarcastic or you can buy a chain breaker and he left to work on a bike this guy was so rude Im not going to go to that store ever again and Im going to tell my friends to stop going to to that store.

Staff was more than knowledgeable. I have bought a rear rack and they helped to tune up an old beater ( Murray 1987 10 speed), as I am just getting into the sport. They seem to fit the buyer for what that person needs. For example in the future I will be purchasing from them a bike. Recently I went in and I spoke with the owner who was able to understand I will be using the bike as a commuter. He could have easily pushed me to become interested in a hipster fixed bike or a road bike, but chose to show me what he thought maybe a better fit. I still have not purchased it, but there is no doubt I will be buying from DASH, some time soon. I take my time researching purchases so that I will not be stuck with an item that I dont like or will fall apart shortly after purchasing. The staff at DASH do not seem to mind my questions, since I am trying to educate my self in this sport. I commend them for this;I think they have gained a customer for life.

I needed a new bike and this new shop opened up it was perfect looked at a variety of models, some more expensive than the one I had they reccommended a Kona to me even though it wasnt as nice as some of the bikes I was looking out, but they were right. The bike fits me and my lifestyle much better. These guys were really nice and know their stuff; have good, well-made bikes. They want to find the best bike for you not just he most expensive model. Thanks so much guys.

Staff was kind and very able to answer my questions. I love their prices, and although they dont have the largest selection on the planet, they carry everything necessary for maintaining and enjoying a bike. Anything they dont have, they are more than happy to help you look it up and place an order. I went in and got a rear rack, and they modified the bars so that it could fit snugly with my brake cord. Its a great shop, and Ill definitely be coming here often.

Dash is amazing! Staff is generally highly knowledgeable on technical issues, and do a great job for customers helping us handle tough bike problems with minimal hassle, and offering lower cost solution to other bike shops in the area. What I love most is their same day policy--where applicable. Smaller issues can get resolved same day often. Ive been coming here the 6 years Ive lived in Prov., and consider it my shop, over and above others in the area.

The guys at DASH are very knowledgeable and friendly. The place was recommended by a friend who also had great service there. I expected to be treated poorly because I was bringing in my cheap Walmart bike to get the breaks fixed. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised to be treated with respect and zero judgment. They worked on it meticulously and I rode away within 25 minutes.

I wanted to buy a bike, but wasnt sure what type was best for me. As a Gulf War Vet, I have to make sure the bike is built so that it will provide good posture for my neck and back. Lover asked all the right questions to ensure I had the right bike that was comfortable for me. Im excited I purchased my bike and cant wait to test out Providences bike trails!

Ive come to buy tools to fix rear bearing from an old shimano wheel. They offered to fix it. Took their time, dismount twice to understand the issue, grease and mount. Now like new. These guys not only are great professional but also highly customer focused. Got the fix for the price of the tools, or so. Wish I have the same shop at home in France !

The staff here is always extremely helpful/knowledgable. Theyre always willing to answer questions and are genuinely interested in the lifestyle! After about a twenty minute conversation with a mechanic, I left feeling so positively that I had to write a review. Five stars! I highly recommend these guys for your next pit stop.

Their staff is very rude. I was ignored by the man at the counter who was busy acting very unprofessionally. Their products are limited- you can get the same thing elsewhere without the rudeness, probably for a better price too. It is small and cluttered- go elsewhere!

Stopped by today on the off chance Dash would have replacement cotter pins for an old English 3 speed. Yep, 2 bucks each. They replaced the broken one for the cost of parts plus 10 bucks labor. Great deal. A+++ will use again.
