I regret purchasing from this store. I recently bought a pair of Adidas sneakers from Champs. They felt okay - a little tight on my ultra-wide-caveman feet - but I liked the way they looked. I realize this isnt the stores fault, but after walking around in them for about a quarter mile, the aforementioned tightness really started to bother me. I decided Id return them. To shorten this potentially long and exhaustive review, I will say that not only did the employees not accept the return, but they were very bitter and unfriendly. I am not a complainer by nature, but I dont like to support such business.

Ordered 2017 Nike Air Max and shoes were shipped from this store, only to open my shoe box to Used/worn Nike shoes. If I wanted to resell them I couldnt cos they have wear on the back and the box itself is beaten up pretty bad. The white tissue was not even wrapped around the shoes; it was on the bottom of the box and my shoes were just laying on top. I called and spoke to Mo, the apparent manager, who seemed uninterested in my issue. He never apologized and and I dont think I got a complete sentence out of him other than, what shoe did you order? I will be returning the shoes and calling corporate.

Im not a shoe person, but theres an awesome sneaker collection here. There were probably 200+ different styles. Some of them were retro, others were very modern. Prices were about what I expected. Service seemed a little light though. I was there with a buddy and he struggled to get assistance. If you want a nice pair of new sneakers then this is probably a great place.
