Rude employees and horrible customer service at this location. Michaels has been discounting clearance all this week. All red & blue tagged items are 90% off the clearance price. Manager argued with me about some stickers that were all red tagged, telling me that only the items on the table with the "Take 90% clearance price on all red tagged items". Amazing how none of the other 11 Michaels stores Ive bought these same clearance items from the past few days have told me this wonderful fact! They all gave me 50%, 70% or 90% off the items that had red or blue tags on them depending on when I went in this week. I will never go back to this location again. Ill stick to West Springfield or Hadley when Im in Western Mass.

I would like to say that ENFIELD Michaels is the best!! They have an awesome manager named Rich! And seriously hes the best! Every time I go thats like every other day, hes always there to help with what I need or want from the store! Before I started coming to enfield I used to driving all the way to MANCHESTER Michaels and I would like to say that none of the employees know what theyre talking about!! They dont even know about the sales that are going on in the store... They always give me a hard time. Manager is very rude so are the staff I recommend all my DIY lovers to please visit ENFIELD Michaels and trust me you will love it there!!

Im a manager here and have never worked for a better team. Our store is rated second best for customer service out of the entire district and it shows. We break our own coupon policy daily and stay past closing time constantly to ensure customer satisfaction. Our management team is highly trained, with some of us possessing degrees in the arts and several of us, including myself, military veterans or spouses. I highly recommend this specific Michaels as a welcoming place to shop and/or work.

Extremely rude employees and customer service. Melody the cashier rolled her eyes at my mom as she was trying to get her things together for xmas shopping. very disorganized, had clearance bins but most things werent even on clearance, nothing was restocked and open boxes were everywhere. worst michaels ive ever been in.

terrible customer service, and a very rude manager treated us poorly, and actually yelled at us in front of other customers and her employees in this store over a simple inquiry to the availability of placeholders for our wedding. will not be returning or shopping michaels in the foreseeable future!

Its big and has mist everything you need for a craft project. Big parking lot, easy to get in and out, next to 91. Starbucks is across parking lot.
