I had a Horrible experience there, the young girls were nice and helpful but there was this older woman who did not answer my question and yes her attitude Oh my gosh so rude, she actually said "I DO NOT KNOW!!!!" when I asked about where could I find certain product. Such a shame the store sure is nice and well kept and the other girls were nice and tried to help but that other woman.. I will not be going back to that store.

Went here late, one night with my kids. They were close to closing but they didnt rush me. They were very nice and helped me with my list of materials for a pattern I was going to use. They were very sweet and knowledgeable. They had a nice selection of fabrics, although they did not carry Art Gallery fabric, and fashionable knits I was searching for. Otherwise, it was good. I would visit them again.

The price jump in prices, bring an end to Jo Anns. From 3.99 to 6.99, 9.99 to 16.99. Fabric is put at a permanent 20% off so you can never use a coupon and rhe price jumped 35%. Natick basement is 40 min. Drive no gimmicks, top quality material. Thousands more bolts to choose from, just off the mass pike. I use to spend 300 to 400, a week there not any more.

I work there and my manager is amazing. We have a great team. And i love going to work. I had costumer come in and talk down to me like i was nothing my manager handeld it great. Also had costumers say that i also handeld it great as well. If you had a bad experience a few years ago i can tell you, you wont now!!!!!

The manager has a major attitude problem, and treats not only her customers but also fellow employees very rudley. The store is nice and well kept for the most part. Very nice and good customer service besides store manager. She is not nice and should not be a manager.

Love the enticing aroma vandals but price jumped from 5.99 to 9.99 in a month, I have bought them for the last two years and was surprised to see a four dollar jump in the price. But I found them online for the regular price of 5.99..

I found a nice little corner to smoke cracked in and I slept in the store overnight many times, never had a problem! Employees are great manager rules! I recommend it
