Let me start off by saying I actually do love this store, however the Manager, Richard, is a different story. Rude, short, unwilling to help me resolve my issue. I went into the store on February 10th, bought a whole bunch of things, $125.96 worth to be exact, for a few projects. Life got busy and I finally had time tonight to sit down and start working on one of the projects. When grabbing the bags from my craft room (which is exactly where I put them, and nothing had been touched since that day) I realized I was missing a whole bag! Figured no sweat, Im sure the store realized I left my bag and put it aside. I called and spoke with Kathy (?) and she was as sweet as could be trying to help me locate my bag. She couldnt find it up front so she put me on the phone with the manager Richard. Terrible customer service. He was snarky and irritated with my request. Even interrupted me as I was trying to explain the reason I was calling. "FEBRUARY 10th?! a whole month ago???" .... yes. He put me on hold for a mere minute and a half (hardly enough time to actually put effort into locating my bag) and came back unapologetic that "no bag here. Theres no way we would hold onto something that long" I asked if there was anyone else I could speak with because his tone and lack of respect was unnecessarily rude. "Theres no bag here maam" is all I got in response. And then "who would you like to speak to?" I said anyone else. Because regardless if it was a month ago or yesterday, it doesnt negate the fact that I spent a good amount of money on those items and he probably simply put me on hold, and didnt even bother to look or ask any other person if they knew of a left bag. "Theres no one else to can speak to." Dont worry, Richard. I will be in on Monday! See you then

This store is always well organized everytime I go in there. The staff is very friendly and helpful when I need to locate an item. The only concern is that there are few cashiers and they do not scan barcodes for some reason so it holds up the line because they have they have to key in every product category and pricing.

I think Hobby Lobby is the best crafts store. Very organized and clean. They have a great selection of everything and what ever type of craft area you are in, they have all the accessories there also. Just a fun and creative place to shop. Their stores are closed on Sundays, FYI.

A little pricey . Overall good selection just a little pricey on some times. Staff has always been nice when I am there. I will return in hopes of finding a good markdown deal.

Love hobby lobby, great prices and cheaper than Michaels. It were the old sports authority use to be. Bathrooms are at the front of the store to the left. Always clean.

Few staff, non craft junk piled in the front. Very little selection. Only reason to go is because it is a different selection than other craft stores in area.

They have everything, only upset they arent open Sundays. Its one of my only days off to go there to get crafts.
