I came into this store before to speak to someone about getting a phone plan for my fiancé and I. I came in again today to actually set up a plan, originally we were going to do separate plans but after doing my finances credit he was approved for 3 lines and we obviously went with that. We were originally looking at the Galaxy S6 Edge but after sitting down and talking with Emmanuel he let us look at his Galaxy Note 5. Instantly, fell in love with the phone. I do journalism and video editing as a freelance job so the features the note had with its pen obviously made it so much easier to write down notes for my work so I dont forget. (No more notebooks in my bag). While there the manager and another associate were cleaning and we had my 2 year old with us who was interested in everything in the store. They were so sweet to him and understanding, they let him play with some toys and didnt care that he was getting finger prints on the glass they had just cleaned. Understanding the juggling we had to do with a toddler they were extremely patient and really made everything so much easier for us with literally no hassle with any of the process. We had questions and concerns they addressed. They were also able to switch my old phone number to my new phone so that I wouldnt have to re-order new business cards due to a number change. (Mind you all the other companies told me I couldnt since it was a prepaid.)Theres also a promotion currently going on with trading in old smart phones to get in-store credit that they helped us get, which literally covered the needs for our phones to protect them from the wear and tear of a toddlers hands. The manager William actually demonstrated the phone case on the exact same phone and I was having mini conniption fits thinking his phone was going to break, but no. They literally stand behind their products 100% Not only did they do an amazing job actually doing their job (I had bad experiences with at&t and tmobile) but they were overall just really friendly and personable people. Many kudos to the staff and the store. Will forever be a customer with Sprint just for this reason, its what makes them different from every other phone company. We literally talked about them our entire grocery trip and all the way home it was just that amazing of an experience for something we thought was going to be a huge pain the in the butt. I told them for doing so amazing and being such great people I was going to bring them food (a topic we talked about along with millions of other things) and I dont think they knew I was serious. The entire staff and store just needs to stay there.

The worst. Im taking a chance writing this because they have my phone until tomorrow but upper management needs to know theyre being represented by rude condescending people. Today I went to have my phone serviced because I cant make/receive calls or text. When I asked the rep to see if he could put me in a new plan because I only have one line now he ACTUALLY said "Im not going to put you in a plan to save you money. Were a business. We need to make money." My jaw dropped. I understand how businesses work but you dont say that to a customer! I remained calm and soft spoken. He continued to say he could either reset my phone and I would lose my contacts and pictures, come back tomorrow or I could buy a new phone they had a special on. When I asked which phone he "pointed" to a display of 4 phones. Im not in the cell phone industry so didnt know which one he was referring to. No empathy at all. How would he feel if I threw a few acronyms at him from my industry? Not very comfortable Im sure. I was clearly putting him out by having him get up and show me the phone. He rolled his eyes and rattled off the name of it as if I were inferier to him. At that point I had decided enough is enough. With one exception last September, every single time Ive gone into the location Ive been treated so poorly it boggles my mind. They go out their way to make you walk on egg shells because unfortunately most of our lives are stored in our cell phones. Its an unfair power trip.Theyre rude, unfriendly and inflexible. Ive been with Sprint 11 years too long. Theyre not the only game in town (which makes me sratch my head even more because the competition is fierce) and Ive given them so many chances. Signed, One Too Many Bad Experiences.
