I gave the guy a 20 for a pack of cigarettes and the guy gave me change back for a $5. I handed him the $20 thinking I need smaller bills for my outing tonight and I only have $20s and some $1s in my wallet. Im from texas and a pack always is more than $5 he argued with me that I only handed him a $5 but I know he stole from me. Be careful when dealing in cash at this 711. No one would pick up the phone when I called back. He showed me the receipt saying I only gave him a $5 but I think he purposely entered it wrong. This happened on 8/29 at 10:05am and I bet if they check the video they will see me handing him a $20. Dont go to this 711.

They had at least 2 ppl working the counter, however only one tending to the 6 of us customers in line. The unacceptable part was that the one lady ringing up customers was in about an 8 minute conversation with this guy while we all waited. Absolutely unacceptable. Poor poor service, the owner should be ashamed.

Dont advertise if you dont provide. Went in here at 5 pm on a saturday night and decided to get the pizza that was advertised and they told me NO. We turned the oven off so we arent making anymore pizzas. Hello?! Its 5 on a SATURDAY!

Good employees who are working for only 8.50 a hour. That should be a crime. Walmart pays 10.50 a hour and people protest that. 7/11 should be held accountable for their business practices. boycott them and demand better wages

I work a 12hr night shift and come here for my "lunches" usually around 1am. The night worker here is by far the nicest and most helpful guy. And he keeps the store in tip top shape, never a dirty bathroom! Give him a raise!

People be very careful the cashier Tina overcharges debit cards and by luck we caught it this time and when we asked for a refund of the extra money she basically flipped out very poor customer service.
