Pricey. Limited eyeglass collection. Nice staff but at the choosing glasses stage-- understaffed and My service kept getting interrupted. "Ill be right back" never happened. I almost walked out. The lab person came out and even then my completion kept being interrupted for the needs of other people who came in after me. I finally said I couldnt stay much longer and the lab person tried to stay focused. There is no excuse for such treatment and if you cant afford to staff then provide appointment only service, even for the glasses side. The person who came with with me needs glasses and not only will I never return, she wont either. Nor will we refer anyone. 3 stars for nice people. Not their fault. We are smart enough to know staffing is a corporate issue.

Love Dr. Schmedley! He is the best and the only eye dr I will see. He always takes the time to listen and makes sure you are comfortable, something thats very important for someone who hates anything to do with eyeballs!!
