Ill warn you, Im writing this after a frustrating interaction with a sales person at this location. I purchased glasses from this location and had to return them because the prescription was too strong. The manager upgraded the anti reflective coating on my lenses at no cost because of my trouble. A nice courtesy and appreciated. (hence the rating of 1 instead of 0) After 2.5 weeks, I returned because my glasses have scratched very quickly and noticeably while using the Oakley bag my glasses came with. Knowing scratches arent covered, I asked if they could help me in any way, give me a break on replacing the lenses. I was told "if you just bought the insurance plan, we could do that for just $25. Since you didnt, we cant do anything. It will cost $270 to replace your lenses." That is almost the total I paid for the glasses in the first place. I dont recall ever being told about a $29 insurance plan. $29. I would have paid that to cover my over $300 glasses. I asked again if they could help in some way to offset the cost considering the short time id owned them. As a matter of fact, my last pair of Oakley glasses werent this scratched after several years of ownership. "Nope. Sorry." Obviously, there was some leeway as I was given upgraded lenses at no cost the first time. I was willing to spend something to rectify the situation, knowing I need to take some responsibility for the scratches (even though Ive used the cloth they came with) . Total refusal to help in anyway frustrated me beyond my very high threshold for customer service issues. I will not shop at this location, and probably not at any LensCrafters location again.

After having a bad experience with other LensCrafters locations, I finally found this one... and I was more than impressed. Best service I have ever had at LensCrafters. I bought glasses at the Orchard Mall location in November of 2013. I had to make 4 return trips to other locations for repairs and to get the lenses I paid for. I had paid for scratch resistant lenses. The day after buying them, I noticed dozens of tiny scratches in the glasses. The lens on the left was cut incorrectly so that there was a large gap between the lens and the frame. I brought the glasses to the Orchard Mall location for repair. The guy bent the frame completely out of shape and were damaged beyond repair. I had to take the glasses to the Thornton location since the Orchard location was out of my specific frames (on backorder). The Thornton location replaced the frames but did not replace the scratched lenses as I asked. I made a third return trip. While there, I decided if they were replacing the lenses, I might as well buy the anti reflection coating. The Thornton location did that, but they gave me "crazed" lenses. There was a scratch, warped pattern in the center of both lenses. Thats when I went to the Westminster location. I was very angry that I had so much trouble. These guys took care of the problems - all of them. My glasses fit perfectly, are crystal clear, and are simply perfect. This is the ONLY LensCrafters location I recommend. It just goes to show what happens when you have a responsible and caring group of employees working to help the customer instead of staring at the clock.

Had an excellent experience with Laura the Lab Manager. My first pair of glasses I received must have skipped QC. They were very crooked, the lenses werent secure and just seemed very shoddy. I came in and Laura was brought up to speak with me and I was very frustrated because I was in there a few times talking to three different people and none of my issues were resolved. Laura was awesome. She talked with me, noted my complaints and offered a solution. When I came back my glasses she had me meet with her again and made sure that everything was what I was expecting. My new pair is perfect and Laura treated me very well as a customer. I would definitely go back.

I highly recommend this LensCrafters... The "independent optician" was nice, friendly, prompt and the staff at LensCrafters were knowledgeable and very very helpful. I recommend this LensCrafters over the flat iron mall location. They actually care about you here and take eyemed insurance.

I went in the other day to have an eye exam done and LOVED the doctor. He was very helpful and answered all the questions i had (which was alot). I was afraid to try contacts at first until we talked about it. He put me in a really confortable lens. I will not go anwhere else again.

Amazing experience. Done all in one day. I lost my glasses in the morning and was able to get a new pair by the afternoon. Only thing to keep in mind is that it is expensive.
